BCDLAA Executive – Director

My name is Allan Saugstad. Here are some things about me that led me to joining the BCDLAA Executive:
• have been passionately leading in DL for 18 years – and loving it
• Created my DL blended program for my own two children – a dream come true
• have worked as a DL leader for three different schools districts: SD40, SD71, and now SD47
• have initiated many innovative blended programs serving K-12
• mentored many districts in DL audit prep, SLP’s, blended programs, etc.
• Successfully gone through 4 audits in my 18 years in DL
• My school won the Ken Spencer Award for Innovative Education in 2015
